Who We Are Alvin
The team at Terry Vaughn RVs is proud of the growth we have experienced over the years. In 1988, our company founder Terry Vaughn opened his first RV location on I-10 in Baytown. A few short years later, a second Terry Vaughn RVs location was established on Gulf Freeway South in Houston. After the Houston location was founded in 1992, Mr. Vaughn expanded his operations on Highway 6 in Alvin in 1996. In 2000, our Baytown team members moved to our current location in Spring. These days, you can find Terry Vaughn dealerships in Alvin and Spring, and we are committed to ensuring that those areas are served with the best RV vehicles and related products available.
Following the example of our company founder, Terry Vaughn RVs team members hold themselves to the highest professional standards. Our integrity is matched only by the RV manufacturers whose models we carry at our two Texas dealerships. Terry Vaughn will not sell products from manufacturers that display a history of questionable quality control, workmanship or poor customer warranty assistance.
While there may be dealerships larger than ours, none of them can match the personalized approach each customer receives when walking into a Terry Vaughn dealership. Instead of being treated like a number, Terry Vaughn RVs believes in treating the customer like we would an honored guest.
Loyalty is the byword by which we live at Terry Vaughn RVs. We strongly believe in promoting from within. In fact all of our managers were once new employees who were trained in the Terry Vaughn way before rising up the ranks of our company. Many of the employees at our two RV locations in Texas have been with us for years and there has been relatively little turnover over the years. Each and every Terry Vaughn RVs employee lives by a simple code: work each day honestly and openly. It is the guiding principle that has helped make the Terry Vaughn franchise successful for over 32 years.
In addition to employee loyalty, we believe in being loyal to the RV customers that have supported us over the years. We have a fantastic program in which customers who bought RVs with us in the past can trade them in for newer, better models. Because we make it a point to satisfy our customers, it helps provide great word-of-mouth for our brand. We love it when we get a new customer who had been referred by the relative or a friend of a previous customer.

Who We Are Spring
Originally opened in August 1988 in Baytown, TX and eventually relocated to Spring TX in 2000, our code of business ethics for all departments is simple; To work each day honestly and openly.
As a dealership, we stress it is better to lose a dollar with a clear conscience than make a dollar with dishonesty. We thank God and our customers for 28 years of successful business.
Our goal is to make each and every customer a walking, talking advertisement for our dealership based on the fantastic service they receive. They trade back for newer and bigger models, refer relatives and friends, and give an honest report of who we are. We fill our staff with people who are honest and hardworking who will do everything possible to make our customers happy.
Our managers are trained and promoted from within. We have a small staff turnover, with many long-time employees at both locations.
The integrity of our team members is known by the manufacturers we represent and as a dealership, we are very selective in the brands we choose to represent us. The products we carry have a proven track record of production quality in a market saturated with lesser quality vehicles. Terry Vaughn RVs will not sell products from manufacturers that display a history of questionable quality control, workmanship, or poor customer warranty assistance. We compete with the big dealerships but keep our personal one-on-one approach. We strive to make your experience with us unlike any other during your quest to find the perfect RV. As a guest to our dealership, you will not be handed off from salesperson, to desk manager, to finance manager, and so on. Our sales staff will work with you from start to finish. There are no desk managers, aftermarket departments, F&I departments and NO games. The money saved by not supporting multiple departments goes to you, the customer, in the form of better pricing.
